| Lions Clubs raise administrative funds from their own members. Therefore, virtually 100% of any money donated goes towards the intended purpose. Thank you again for anything you are able to contribute. Lions Clubs International Foundation(LCIF) has already approved a Major Catastrophe Grant of $100,000. Over the last 10 years, the Foundation has raised and given out over $88 million. This includes: $21 million for the Japan earthquake and tsunami. $6 million for Haiti earthquake. $15 million following the South Asia tsunami $5 million for Hurricane Katrina projects in four states $3 million for China earthquake $3 million following September 11, 2001 |
